Bed was niet verschoond. Lag een aansteker in en vlekken van vorige huurder.
There was no AC, it was over 36degrees during the day. In the hotel and restaurant was AC but in the room itself you just got a fan that didn't help at all with the heat.
It was really hot, barely slept because of the heat in the room. You got a bottle of water in the room but it was really warm because of how hot it was inside the room. We opened the windows when it started cooling down outside but it didn't help at all.
The bathroom smelled bad, like something was dying in there. At night it smelled so bad we had to put a towel over the drainage of the shower and underneath the door.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Not much space to get into the shower but this is just a minor inconvenience.
De locatie in centrum van Haarlem.
Onvriendelijke ontvangst, de kamer was ronduit smerig; in de koelkast stond beschimmeld hondenvoer en andere etensresten. te rotten. Dit stonk enorm.Toen we dit bij de bediening meldden werd de koelkast zomaar weggehaald. Er volgde geen enkele uitleg of excuus, ook werd de koelkast niet vervangen; Zeer onvriendelijke en onprofessionele houding van het personeel!
De kamer lag vol stof en kruimels, in de lakens gele vlekken. Er was een waterkoker aanwezig, maar geen thee, koffie of glazen te vinden.
Niet geslapen door de herrie op het plein voor het hotel, ramen zijn niet geïsoleerd en vallen bijna uit hun voegen.
Absoluut niet voor herhaling vatbaar deze ervaring, en ik raad niemand aan dit hotel te bezoeken!
Ik hoop dat er inspectie langs gaat bij dit hotel omdat het eigenlijk een schande is dat hier nog kamers worden aangeboden!

Pas de petit déjeuner car le restaurant n'ouvre que vers 11:00 comme tous les autres restaurants du Grote Markt, Haarlem. Apparemment les néerlandais ne sont pas très matininaux !
