Leuk en vriendelijk hotel om Dokkum en omstreken te ontdekken.
Pros:

Ligging en sfeer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Mooie kamer en heerlijk bed. Ontbijt ook goed verzorgd.

Gezellig Dokkum
Pros:

Het hotel was midden in Dokkum, met een fijne fietsstalling. Leuk ook een kleine patio. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en goed verzorgd.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, we hadden de junior suite; deze kamer was echt heerlijk. Het bed lag heerlijk en de kamer was erg mooi en netjes.
De trap buiten is wel een beetje spannend voor ouderen om je koffertje mee te nemen.

Cons:

Het ontvangst was niet heel bijzonder. Er werd bij het inchecken niet verteld hoelaat het uitchecken of ontbijt was. Ook werd er niet via de app gereageerd toen ik deze vraag stelde.

Het restaurant is niet heel bijzonder, maar wel gewoon prima!

Pros:

Prima kamer met behoorlijk grote douche. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. je zit met het hotel midden in het centrum van Dokkum.

Cons:

Je moet niet slecht ter been zijn als je een kamer hogerop hebt. Allerlei trappen en opstapjes in de buitenlucht moet je overwinnen. De dekbedden zijn aan de dunne kant voor mensen die kouwelijk zijn aangelegd. Toen wij er waren was het voetgangersbruggetje naar parkeerterrein De Helling afwezig. Dat was gewoon pech hebben en even omlopen. Kom je ten minste aan je stappen per dag.

Ligging perfect, mooi stadje, maar kamers erg gehorig

De ligging was heel goed, lekker in het centrum

De gang naar de kamers had 2 deuren, die klapten elke keer dicht, wij had helaas de kamer die er tegenaan lag. Ook de bovenburen waren erg goed te horen. Dit was wel ergerlijk. Erg gehorig

Beautiful, spacious room, good bed, and in central location in a picture postcard town.

Cons:

Reception is in the restaurant, check-in experience depends on how busy and interested the waiters are. In my case: very busy and not interested at all. The room had tea,-and coffee making facilities but no tea ...

I stayed in probably one if the busiest weekends of the year. My reservation was made almost 10 months in advance, colleagues did the same and most of them had their reservations cancelled one week before... Overbooked they claimed, but months earlier people were notified of a VAT increase, the overbooking wasn't apparent then? It leaves a sour taste.

Pros:

Wij hadden geen ontbijt.

Cons:

Te veel licht in de kamer. Verduistering gordijnen beveel ik aan. Vooral voor iemand als mijn echtgenote die niet met licht in de kamer kan slapen. Voetstappen boven kamer. Geen haken in de badkamer.

Great location and large spacious room.
Pros:

Excellent location. The hotel has a bar and restaurant downstairs which is very handy and the food was good. The room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

We booked a Junior Suite with separate bedroom and sitting area, but the whole space was one open plan room with separate bathroom. Also the suite was advertised as having a balcony with garden view, which was not the case. The coffee, milk and sugar was not refilled each day and on arrival there was only enough for two cups of coffee and just 1 milk portion. Overall, still a very nice room, but not quite what we expected.

Verblijf in Dokkum voor werk.
Pros:

Prima locatie midden in het centrum in de buurt van horeca, enz.. Parkeren om de hoek. Uitstekend ontbijt.
