Hot shower and Powerful. Comfy beds. The helpful staff on reception allowed us to change our room 2 times due to noisey guests.

Cons:

There is a church attached to the property where a very loud preacher with a microphone shouts for hours. Lots of dogs barking in the neighborhood. We were once locked out from the hotel because they closed the entrance. Its a steep 15 minutes walk up a hill to the center.

NO LO RECOMENDAMOS
Pros:

No sé si nos habría gustado en caso de habernos alojado. Resulta que nos presentamos a las 6:30 p.m, con reserva previa y confirmada por tres noches, y simplemente nos dijeron que no teníamos habitación por un "problema " con el.agua. No hubo notificación previa, no hubo disculpas, ni solución alternativa. Así que a esa hora, a buscar hospedaje!! Imagīnense que por cualquier motivo hubiésemos llegado casi a media noche!! Pésima gestión, y cero profesionalismo. Parece ser una pauta de los hoteleros en la bella Comitán; qué pena siendo un pueblo mágico tan bonito!!

Cons:

Atención nula. Definitivamente las estrellas con se califican les quedan demasiado grandes!!

No te confundas, hay dos hoteles con el mismo nombre
Pros:

El cuarto demasiado amplio.

Cons:

Lo confundí con otro hotel que tiene el mismo nombre, al parecer de la misma compañia. No me agradó que no estaba etan cercano al centro (el otro estaba muy en el centro, pero se ve viejo).
