Fantastic location and staff
Pros:

Great location, steps away from the sea. I can hear the waves in my bed. There was seating outside the room including a hammock (which I did not use). Staff were all very friendly and helpful (arranged to drive me to the airport in the early morning at a better price than others including Uber). 4 options for breakfast and the friendly one who served me gave me such a large portion of fruit. Wifi was good despite the size of the property.

Cons:

Bathroom smelled a bit (don't know if it is due to the opening to the outside).

Excelente custo-benefício.
Pros:

Localização excelente, equipe atenciosa e bom café da manhã. O colchão é ótimo e o ar condicionado gela muito bem.

Cons:

Em um dos quartos houve uma goteira após fortes chuvas, molhando a cama.

Excelente hospedagem.
Pros:

Eu fiquei hospedado em um dos quartos que tem vista para o mar. É incrível, com vista também a um belo por do sol. O quanto é bem ventilado mas, ainda assim, climatizado. Entretanto, vale a pena tirar um cochilo na rede da sacada, com o barulho das ondas de fundo.

Great for long term stays
Pros:

I absolutely loved this place. It has the perfect location between La Bocana and Sunzal if you're there for surfing. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast has several options, of which all are good. I especially liked the vibes though, many other guests stay long-term, so you can easily get in contact (especially surfers). They also have the best rooftop in town. The value for the price was superb!

Inte värt det - alldeles för dyrt för vad man får.
Pros:

Läget, tillgången till AC. Poolområdet var stort. Skön säng.

Cons:

Alldeles för dyrt för det man får. Finns gott om boenden som erbjuder liknande boendestandarder för billigare. Luktade unket i rummet hela tiden från avloppet, och poolen var dåligt städad.
