Desde una perspectiva muy personal
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel con relación a los sitios de interés, supermercados, restaurantes, centros nocturnos etc, y principalmente el sonido de las olas, desde las habitaciones del nivel superior, se escucha a toda hora y eso en lo personal, es demasiado bueno.

Cons:

El concepto del hotel, me parece que está más dirigido a viajeros solos ( tipo Hostal) que no buscan muchas comodidades, es un sitio simple, bohemio, oscuro por las noches, en la sala de entretenimiento hay una gran cantidad de murciélagos en el techo, en lo personal no me agrado tanta humedad concentrada, los árboles tapan por completo la entrada de sol y no deja que se seque la tierra, tuvimos una mala experiencia con la habitación la primera noche ya que por la lluvia se inundó y brotó un olor insoportable que no desapareció, por dicha me ayudaron y logré conseguir una habitación en un segundo nivel, claro que tuve que pagar una diferencia xq está si estaba más amplia, pero para nosotros se solucionó el problema. En la actualidad, el gobierno está haciendo trabajos en la playa frente al hotel, por lo que está temporalmente cerrado su restaurante y salida por ese sector, para ir a la playa debes salir por el parqueo y rodear por otro sector si quieres ir al Malecón.

Pros:

An excellent comfortable room, and very attentive, friendly staff and great breakfast. I loved my stay! I came here to surf, and the beach is within steps from La Guitarra. During my stay, they were renovating the boardwalk outside, so it will probably be even more comfortable by the time you visit. I highly recommend this place!

My stay was great unfortunately there was a water pipe broken so had no water in my room.
Pros:

Room was nice and comfortable and excellent view of the water. Location is great. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

What I did NOT like was that my very nice icepacks were stolen from the freezer. There no respect on other peoples belonging. Not OK!! I was very upset in getting my 6 ice packs stolen to use for my mini cooler.
