L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel et toutes leurs attentions

Cons:

Des odeurs d’humidité dans la chambre sûrement dûes à la climatisation et/ ou aux chambres du rez de chaussée (, un demi étage en deçà de la piscine )

Quel bel endroit ! Beaucoup de charme pour cet hôtel où on est merveilleusement accueilli… chambre superbe, immense et tout le confort ! Personnel au petit soin… petit déjeuner excellent !
Coin piscine superbe…
Emplacement idéal pour aller visiter Mérida à deux pas de la grande place et des animations… sans aucun bruit dans la chambre…
Enfin très belle rencontre avec le propriétaire de l’établissement…

Notre meilleure expérience hôtelière au Yucatan !

L'hôtel est situé en plein centre ville de Mérida. Il est très confortable, très joliment décoré et avec une très belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner était aussi incroyable !
Notre séjour à Acqua in Bocca a été notre meilleure expérience hôtelière au Mexique.
Le personnel a été extrêmement attentif à ce que tout se passe pour le mieux pour nous et a rendu le séjour exceptionnel. Le gérant nous a fait de très belles recommandations de restaurants et de sites.
Par ailleurs, suite à un problème technique dans notre chambre nous avons été surclassés dans une magnifique suite.
Un grand merci !

Tout! L'hôtel est incroyablement bien. Super bien situé au centre de Merida, avec un emplacement parking à 400m dans une rue parallèle.
Le design et la déco de l'hôtel sont accueillants et le personnel est au petit soin sans surjouer.
Le petit déjeuner est complet avec un large choix, juste top.
La chambre est grande avec un coin petit salon en hauteur (sorte de mezzanine). La douche, séparée des toilettes, peut s'allumer en mode disco si on le souhaite :-D
La calle 60 et son animation tel le mercado 60 sont juste en face, sans être impacté par le bruit.
Et en prime, une magnifique piscine, pour se rafraîchir presque à tout moment.
L'un, sinon le meilleur hôtel de mes expériences, loin devant les complexes all-inclusive, pour un sejour solo ou à deux

Cons:

No hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. No hot water for laundry. No dryer. One of the hot water heaters and a bathroom sprung a leak during our stay there.

The staff were great and very helpful and obliging. I loved how you could just ask for a complimentary latte or a cup of tea. Eater was readily available
Loved the pool….very special stay here.
Also I choose a hotel based on location and the location was excellent
Even stayed another night.
