מקום מקסים, צוות נהדר, מעוצב, יפה, מרווח ודי מרכזי. ממש שווה!

ארוחת בוקר מעט מצומצמת מבחינת מבחר אבל מצד שני מאוד נדיבים מה שבקשת קבלת וכמה שתרצה
מיקום טוב אבל לא ממש בלב הענינים, שקט ונעים.
הצוות מקסים, נענו לכל בקשותנו.
קבלנו ממש סוויטה, עם חדר ענק, ומרפסת גדולה ונוחה

מבחר גדול יותר בארוחת הבוקר, בעיקר יותר ירקות
היה לנו ספור עם הכביסה- בקשנו לכבס, והיה איחור גדול לעיתוי שהחזירו לנו אותה, לא באשמתם אמנם אבל זה עיכב אותנו ביציאה מהמלון

El hotel es una maravilla situado muy bien para poder recorrer el casco antiguo de Merida, cerca de la Catedral, y plaza de Santa Ana. La habitacion es excelente, esta vez me aloje en la 7 y fue una maravilla, No he desayunado en el hotel, por lo cual no lo puedo valorar, y la atencion de su personal fue excelente
La calidad del sueño ha sido tambien excelente al no oir ningun tipo de ruidos del exterior
En resumen un hotel para regresar

La hospitalidad que se tiene desde que llegas, la atención del personal, la ubicación, las instalaciones se ven cuidadas, la alberca se ve bonita incluso de noche.
Si teníamos dudas el personal te ayuda sin problemas.

Cons:

Se pudiera tener una mayor variedad en el desayuno, claro con costo extra, el que está incluído, está bien, porque te incluye café, jugo, frutas, yogurt y huevo a tu elección.
