A world class in hospitality and genuine warmth

It was our first time in Oman, and they made so special and so memorable.

From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this hotel was something special. The welcome wasn’t just a welcome!! it was warm and sincere. The front desk staff greeted me like a family member, not just another guest or booking.

What truly sets this place apart is the people. Every single staff member I had the pleasure to deal with from reception, housekeeping, to the restaurant team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and approachable. No request felt too small, and every interaction came with a smile. They didn’t just provide service; they created a feeling of being genuinely cared for.

If you’re looking for a perfect example of what hospitality should look like, this is it. my family and I left feeling rested, valued, and already planning my return. Highly recommended.

Très bien agencé. Tout était impeccable. Personnel très serviable. Tout grand merci à Najima et Yasmina de la réception. Elles sont très pro et humaines. Merci à tous sans aucune distinction. La vue est sublime. Petites bouteilles d’Eau fournies chaque jour gracieusement. Literie confortable et très propre. Arrivé anticipé accepté. Vraiment cet hôtel est magnifique et hyper accueillant. J’ai bcp voyager dans le monde entier et je peux dire que celui-ci est digne d’un hôtel haut standing. La salle de sport au top. Le sauna et hamam impeccable. Le personnel du restaurant et plus particulièrement le responsable de salle sont formidables. Merci de tout cœur à Yasmina de la réception qui est très pro, humaine et très compréhensive. Merci à tous.

Cons:

Enfants dans la piscine pour adultes donc pas une vraie piscine adulte only. Le directeur lui même accepte alors que les maîtres nageurs refusent… présence de chats sur la pelouse mais pas de chiens errants sur la plage ce qui est très rassurant et hygiénique. L’hôtel est très propre. La nourriture est excellente dans tous les restaurants. Chacun des membres du personnel est courtois et avenant. Je recommande sans hésitation. Les prix devraient renseigner la tva car cela modifie bcp le montant total. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre.

we were initially given 2 rooms facing the 'city' which is in practice the hotel carpark ... not very glamourous, specially on the ground foor. but after a bit of negociation we were given 1 room facing the sea and the other one the carpark. decent and appreciated effort from the front desk

Tous été incroyable propre le petit déjeuner varier nous avions un vrai confort j'ai vraiment très apprécié ce séjour je n'ai pas eu le temps de visiter tous l'hotel pour profiter de la salle de sport ou même du côté spa mais la piscine à débordement plus la plage en front de mer canon

I have been staying at the hotel for 6 days, and I have noticed that the breakfast menu remains largely unchanged each day. I was expecting more variety during my stay. I would appreciate it if the hotel could offer a wider selection of items or rotate the menu more regularly.
