موظفي المطعم الخاص بالفندق ، المعنية كانت من جنسية اسيوية ومعها الموظف من تتبعه ، لم يكن خيار الإفطار من ضمن الحجز ، وعند دخولنا للبوفية لم يستقبلنا أحد من الموظفين ، ثم سألنا الموظفة المتواجدة عن سعر البوفية واخبرناها بأرقام الغرف (هي لم تسأل) ، وأفادت بأن الإفطار يشمل حجزنا لجميع الغرف المحجوزة ، ف تناولنا الطعام ، وهنا جدير بالذكر ان اغلب الاصناف كانت غير متوفرة ، والمخبوزات كانت غير طرّية وكأنها خبزت من عدة أيام ، وكنا نسأل إن كان متوفر من الصنف هذا وذاك ، ولم يبادروا الى زيادة الأصناف أو تعبئتها ، على الرغم من أننا كنا متواجدين قبل إنتهاء الإفطار بنصف ساعة ، وبعد إنتهائنا من تناول الإفطار والذي إنتهى سريعاً في عشرِ دقائق ، طلبت منا ذات الموظفة الى الإنتظار للتوقيع (لأنها في الحقيقة لم تسأل عن أرقام غرفنا الا بعد سؤالنا) ، ثم فاجئتنا بفاتورة لسداد قيمة الإفطار، وبعد حوار عقيم وطويل معها والموظف الذي تتبعه ، والذي أنكرت فيه الموظفة قولها فيما يتعلق بخيار الإفطار ضمن الحجز ، الغريب أن الموظف لم يبادر الى حلّ الأمر بصورة مرضية لنا بل إقترح الى انه سيعرض علينا تناول القهوة مقابل 9 ريال أخرى !!! كانت الإقامة رائعة الى أن حدث هذا الموقف .. يجب أن يبقى الزبون دائماً على حق طالما أنه كان محقاً 🤍

Beautiful, clean hotel with great breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

A beautifully decorated and very clean hotel with great breakfast, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and a convenient location near a shopping mall and the Goat Market.

Cons:

The windows couldn’t be opened, but the room didn’t feel stuffy, and the air conditioning worked well.
