Pros:

The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. I especially appreciated the live cooking station where you can have fresh food prepared to order.

The one thing that really stood out was the staff. They were always polite, friendly, and happy to help, which I appreciated.

Cons:

The location is convenient since it's in the city center and directly connected to a mall, which makes it easy to grab food, shop, or pick up anything you need. That said, it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, so it's worth thinking about what you plan to do during your stay.

One of my biggest disappointments was the suite designed to accommodate up to five adults but with only one bathroom. I genuinely don't understand the planning behind that decision. Expecting five adults to share a single bathroom is extremely inconvenient and significantly impacts the overall stay.

Parking was another major downside. The hotel has a very limited number of parking spaces, and they don't appear to be reserved exclusively for hotel guests. As a result, it's often difficult to find a spot, leaving you to park elsewhere. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't particularly helpful in resolving this issue.
