Good location, but disappointing service that did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Good location with convenient access to the mall. The housekeeping team did a very good job. Special thanks to Irfan from the pool and Shahadat who assisted with the luggage — both were helpful, respectful and professional.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. Reception did not answer my call on one occasion, and communication by phone and Booking.com chat could have been more professional and welcoming.

When I initially asked reception to arrange transportation to the airport for the following morning, I was simply told to come back in the evening rather than being assisted at that time. The transportation was eventually arranged, but the driver arrived slightly late. After dropping me at the airport, I also found his manner unnecessarily rude when he told me to close the car door myself rather than handling the situation in a more courteous and professional way.

I was also disappointed with the hospitality of one of the tall restaurant staff members. I found a nail on the floor and handed it to him for safety, but he took it without acknowledging me or even saying thank you. I later encountered the same staff member at Annabi Restaurant standing at the entrance without greeting or welcoming guests.

My room on the 3rd floor was also noisier than expected, with noise coming from the nearby mall as well as the hallway.

Management should pay more attention to staff training, communication, courtesy and basic hospitality. This is a 4-star hotel, and the overall service should reflect that standard.

ممتاز ورائع
Pros:

الفندق ممتاز من ناحية الموقع مباشرة على المول،ومناسب للي عندة اطفال وافطارهم متنوع وجيد ومناسب للعائلات الكبيرة،.

Cons:

محتاج صيانة وتجديد الصاله بالذات،وتلصيح الاشياء الي ما تعمل كالتلفزيون مثلا،.
