Great stay with some arrangements needed to schedule hotel inner hotel constructions prior to kareef season
Pros:

Construction next to to my room until 10pm, although staff were friendly & tried to change room after a few complaints. Management must set everything before Kareef season , although everything else was great

Friendly staff and a comfortable stay, with room for improvement in guest services regarding drinking water availability
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeping, restaurant, and pool staff. Irfan from the pool staff was exceptional and very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only issue was that when we requested drinking water at night, the receptionist informed us that complimentary water is provided only once in the morning.

Cons:

The only disappointing experience was that we couldn’t get drinking water at night. It would be much better if the hotel could provide complimentary water upon request or make it available 24/7 for guests.
