Great hotel, convenient location
Pros:

Short walk to a shopping mall and access to various restaurants. Delicious breakfast and attentive staff.

Cons:

Parking was an issue, due to lack of space in hotel own parking we even had to park outside for one of the nights. AC was too cold, changing the temperature did not help much

A great stay and lots of places outside of the city to visit.

Breakfast was very good even though it was very busy at times. Staff always polite.

Pros:

The location was excellent, the mall is downstairs, all the cafes, food places and retail shops are a few mins away.

The cleaning staff were outstanding, no matter what time in the day or night they came and cleaned very well

Gerçekten çok beğendim resepsiyondaki görevliler çok iyi ilgilendi ne talep ettiysek kabul ettiler. Tüm görevliler çok ilgili. Otelin en iyi yanı büyük bir avm ile iç içe olması. Buna çok şaşırdım bu çok avantajlı. Gayet güzel temiz bir otel. Havaalanına da çok yakın konumu da çok merkezi. Salalah’ta bence tercih edilebilecek en iyi otellerden. Kahvaltı çeşitleri de makul.

3. Kişi için ekstra yatak yerine koltuk yatak haline getirildi bu bence çok iyi değildi.

Amazing family hotel
Pros:

Very accommodating for families, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and supermarkets all below the hotel.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and quick service.

Cons:

Rooms are not very soundproof.
You can easily hear talking and noises from rooms next door.
Just ask for a room that's in a quiet area or less congested area.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Always with smiles, we requested airport pick up and they even brought us cold towels
