Pros:

Everything was great, particularly the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. The room and common spaces were very nice, breakfast was great (and they provided packed breakfast when we needed to leave early). We stayed before and after a trek, and Casa Matara stored our extra backpacks and had them in the new room already when we returned. Tea available 24/7 was also a nice touch!

Pros:

The hosts are extremely warm and hospitable! We arranged a private taxi through them which was also very good. The breakfast is also very nice. The location is also convenient, only 10 minutes from Plaza de Armas and 7 minutes from San Pedro Market

Cons:

The shower did not have a curtain which made the bathroom wet.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and comfort, common areas to get a hot drink and some quiet time. Great value.

Cons:

Showers could do with doors or curtains - this seems a bit of a trend in the region!

Hospedagem acolhedora, com cama confortável e café da manhã delícia.
Pros:

A suíte é ampla, com cama confortável, cobertor quentinho e aquecedor. O chuveiro é quente. O café da manhã é uma delícia, servido individualmente na mesa, podendo pedir adicionalmente ovos mexidos ou omelete. A equipe é maravilhosa, sempre disposta a ajudar. Todos os andares tem água quente e chás disponíveis em qualquer horário. Localização boa, a algumas quadras da praça principal.

Cons:

A fechadura da porta estava difícil para fechar.

早餐好吃、地點好、服務親切！非常喜歡🥰
Pros:

他們有很多很棒的小細節，例如每層樓都有熱水方便我們泡古柯茶，我們早上四點出門也幫我們打包早餐，直接和他們預訂彩虹山行程非常方便，也可以寄放行李去熱水鎮，最後還送我們可愛的羊駝吊飾！非常溫馨可愛的一間店！

Come a casa
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti (2 notti - una notte al machu picchu - 2 notti), sia nella suite che in una matrimoniale. Struttura molto pulita, personale molto gentile-sembra di essere in famiglia; al check out ci hanno dato anche un regalino.
Colazione servita a tavola con frutta, yogurt, omelette ecc.
Presente in bagno il phon (di quelli che funzionano!). Acqua calda a volontà. Non c'è il riscaldamento, ma all'occorrenza stufa elettrica.
Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli quando siamo andati al machu picchu. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia.

Pros:

マチュピチュまで行ってる間に洗濯やスーツケースを預かってくれて、朝食の時間より早い出発の旅行者には袋に朝ごはんを包んで渡してくれてすごくありがたかったです。シャワーも暖かいお湯がきちんとでます。
ベットルームの装飾もかわいい。

ホテルスタッフの対応。皆さんとても親切だった。英語も通じる。

マチュピチュ旅行の前後、計2回宿泊したが、部屋によってクオリティーの差が若干ある。4階の3人部屋は良かった。
