Comfortable and cozy
Pros:

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, along with the hot shower. It was quiet in our room and we slept great. The hotel staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

No exterior windows, but for one night it was no problem. The breakfast room filled up all at once so we needed to wait for a table to eat. While we were waiting in the lobby, another family jumped in front of us to take a table that had just vacated. The staff clearly felt bad for us when they realized what happened, but what could they do. Maybe there needs to be a little more organization or space available during breakfast.

Excelente opção em Cusco
Pros:

É um hotel familiar, com equipe atenciosa e afetiva. Café da manhã gostoso, excelente localização, perto de supermercado e alguns metros da Plaza de Armas, no dia em que saímos às 5h da manhã fizeram um box com lanche pra levar. A decoração de bom gosto e tem elevador.

Pros:

Everything was great, particularly the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. The room and common spaces were very nice, breakfast was great (and they provided packed breakfast when we needed to leave early). We stayed before and after a trek, and Casa Matara stored our extra backpacks and had them in the new room already when we returned. Tea available 24/7 was also a nice touch!

Pros:

The hosts are extremely warm and hospitable! We arranged a private taxi through them which was also very good. The breakfast is also very nice. The location is also convenient, only 10 minutes from Plaza de Armas and 7 minutes from San Pedro Market

Cons:

The shower did not have a curtain which made the bathroom wet.
