There were cockroaches in the room. There was no glass door in the shower area and because of that water was spreading all over the bathroom
Didn't have the breakfast
I was charged a PhP 2,000 deposit. Although this was returned, it was not mentioned at the time of booking.
Dinner was fantastic, view was great, rooms very clean.
upon check out there were 2 white people that looked to be management, one went up to the room and said 1 chocolate bar. While we didn't get charged for it, these 2 had nothing to say to us at all. Usually in my experience everyone has a positive attitude, asks how was your stay or something positive. Our flight got cancelled and I could've booked there, but I didn't only because it didn't seem like they appreciated our business. Besides that, everything was fantastic. The steps into the pool are very hard on the feet.
they’ve got big beds and location is exceptional, not too far from sm city and the airport. And you have everything that you need in your room at the reasonable price.
It has some cockroaches crawling every night, especially in the toilet and kitchen sink.
The room was fantastic what a change to go into a hotel room and find it full of character it felt like somebody had made the effort so many hotel rooms are bland not this one it made me smile.
The English breakfast purchased was brilliant good quality and good value.
The lady behind reception was very helpful getting us a taxi to the airport and answering or questions.

Zeer luidruchtig accommodatie, zeer gedateerd, smal balkon uitzicht op braakliggend terrein locatie grenzend aan zeer luidruchtige weg. Boekingen via booking.com allen op tweede verdieping van de toren. Men huurt geen toren om op de tweede verdieping te verblijven. De accommodatie is gedateerd en het ontbijt is zeer beperkt en vind plaats tussen 8 en 10 uur wat zeer kort is. Tevens werkt men met vouchers op datum die men moet meenemen naar het ontbijt.
