Good value and a perfect location, but a frustrating experience with the night staff and slow internet

Great location and good value for money

Cons:

The internet was incredibly slow during our stay. To make matters worse, my sister accidentally left her key card and IDs in the room. When she approached the front desk last Saturday night, the staff refused to let her use the elevator because they claimed they couldn't verify her identity. What is the point of collecting our IDs and information at check-in if the staff can't use it to verify a guest in an emergency?

I didn’t experience breakfast at hop inn.. customer service was excellent.

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty and had bad smells. I had no hot water in my room.

Overall, it is a good stay for 1 day and if you are looking for a cheap stay. I would not stay here if I need more than
Pros:

It is cheap and the location is good. It is in the Ortigas Central Business District.

Cons:

The soundproofing is bad, you can hear road and outside noise. The lights in the rooms and hallways are too dim.

Middle of everything.
Pros:

Location was in Ortigas CBD, safe -you can walk around Ortigas at night, walking distance to different establishments -malls, grocery, restaurants, etc. Close to Makati, Taguig, Pasig, QC, Mandaluyong, San Juan.

Cons:

-Small room compared to what I booked in Hop Inn On Nut (Bangkok)
-Entrance for cars is quite small, drivers have a hard time to maneuver their car.
