Could not recommend unfortunately

The apartment has the old slated windows and the !AC only actually cooled the bedroom if on highest setting which sounded like standing next to fighter jet engine at full throttle. Impossible to sleep. One turn less and still v noisy but really didn’t chill and room got hotter and hotter. We had to check out the 2nd day to go to a nearby accommodation that had modern functioning AC and proper windows to keep cool air in. Temperatures were at mid 30s. We normally never give negative reviews but this time I can’t recommend as the room we had was deficient in proper AC.. staff were polite and capable and location was good. AC and lack of modern windows as per picture let accommodation down

Tropicana suites feels like home away from home
Pros:

the staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Our room is clean and comfortable. Our room attendant Benjie made sure our dishes were washed, beds are made, and our room cleaned everyday.

Cons:

This is my second time staying at Tropicana Suites. The first time, breakfast was included but this time, I have to pay separately. The bathroom tends to pool on one side away from the drain.

Overnatting var bra fornøyd.
Pros:

Rommet er bra rent og fint og stille ikke mye brukt.

Cons:

De ansatte ved døra spør alltid om hvilket rommet er du hver gang jeg gikk ut fra hotellet. Og noen gjester bak meg kan høres. Likte ikke det.

I like how accommodating the staff is

Cons:

I booked for 8 people and including 2 kids. I got a 2 bedroom unit as supposed to what it should be for a group of 8 people. When we checked in, we were told that the room is only good for 4 people, hence, we have to pay for the extra 3 people that were with us. Instead of me paying for a total of 8, I ended up with having to pay for more which is unfair. The description from the website is totally different and I feel like I was deceived.

The staff were kind.

Cons:

No drinkable water access, they charge for 50php fpr 10oz of water. They have OBSCENE laundry prices like truly unbelievable. The bathroom was very old and the shower was very like trailer-park esque. For the price, this was quite shocking. Also, an old window unit to power the entire room was not efficient and surprising for the price.
