Phone in the room was not working.
Shocking customer service and attitude by the staff. I contacted the hotel 5 times via their hotel email and booking.com message portal five and a half hours before check in time, trying to get my first night stay rescheduled due to my Seacraft from Bay-Bay to Cebu being cancelled by the government because of typhoon weather warning and they could not be bothered to reply at all. I even tried to ring the hotel to which I got no response. When I got to the hotel after a stressful 24 hours of alternative travel arrangements and i asked them why they did not reply, they could not give me a straight answer. I asked them if they could do the admiral thing and endorse me a day of further stay if not a refund for the first night and after initially agreeing the following morning they denied it. I came down in the morning at 8:25am and seen all 3 staff members sitting down playing with their phones, looking oblivious to the fronk desk!
It is protocol for a hotel to check emails on the hour every hour, including spam and junk emails to which their staff don't seem to want to do.
The owner and management would need to take a long hard look at this set up and some staff members performance.
It's totally unacceptable customer service.

The rooms were spacious and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful.
Aside from the strong smell of the floor wax, the only thing I could think of was this guy wearing a white polo shirt who was present in the reception area when we arrived. We thought that he is one of the team leader as he was giving us this unpleasant vibe. For context, we arrived a bit early around 11am if im not mistaken and I asked one of the staff if we could leave our things while waiting for the check in time and she agreed. So, going back to the guy, when we were leaving our baggage, he looked at his watch twice and when he was trying to converse with us, he was not even looking at us. Upon check out, he was there again and to my surprise, he is only a college student doing on the job training🤦♂️.

החדר מאוד נקי, הצוות נחמד, עוזר וזמין בכל בעיה. וויפיי עובד טוב בהתחשב בזה שסים מקומי ללא קליטה בכלל בחדרים.
יש מים חמים רק בכמה חדרים מסויימים במלון, הייתי צריכה לעבור בין חדרים אחרי שגיליתי לבד שאני בחדר רק עם מים קרים לאחר שטענו כי מדובר בבעיית מים שלא יודעים מתי תתוקן.

Great location, close to Osmena Circle. Robinsons department store is great to do your shopping as long as you don't mind stairs to get there. Talking about the pedestrian overpass.
The pedestrian overpass to get to Robinsons. It was tougher than I thought. Great exchange rates at the money exchangers in Robinsons though.
The location is easy to navigate,also staffs are so accommodating.
They only give one keys for two guests in a room .Not all AC works.
