The staff was cooperative and helpful, especially arranging a room for me on an urgent basis. They also allowed me to use their kitchen to prepare food for my baby, which was very helpful. The hotel has good car parking with 24-hour security, and the location is convenient.
The hotel appears to be a mix of renovated and newly built rooms, but most rooms still feel old. My room had an old mattress, outdated washroom, and old cupboards. There was no mini fridge available in the room. Also, during my stay there was a transformer issue and electricity was unavailable for most of the night. Since the backup system was limited, there was no AC, which made the room very humid and uncomfortable for my family. The hotel would benefit from better power backup (like a larger generator) and overall room upgrades.

My stay at the new pakeeza Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a surprisingly comfortable bed, leading to a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to the metro and major attractions. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the hallways, which was a welcome change from other hotels. I'd definitely recommend it for its outstanding service and convenient location, and I look forward to returning
Just location was good
At Reception they charged extra money and didn't follow the booking.com charges. They asked to check out at 10 AM while 12 PM was checked out. They didn't give the AC remote even after booking a room with AC. They bother again and again by knocking on the door.
