Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel for the fourth time, so I expected a better overall experience, especially as a returning guest.
The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was working properly, and the LCD/TV was also good. However, apart from these basic facilities, there was nothing particularly special about the stay or any noticeable effort to make a returning guest feel valued.

Cons:

I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay at the hotel. The table in the room was old and damaged, which did not give a good impression of the room’s overall condition.

The payment policy was also inconvenient. During the stay, payment for water had to be made immediately, and there was no option to pay later or settle the amount at checkout.

Moreover, the pictures shown during the booking process did not accurately represent the actual room, making it difficult to make an informed choice when selecting the room.

Another inconvenience was the hotel’s delivery policy. When ordering something from outside, delivery was not allowed directly to the room, which was unnecessarily inconvenient for guests.

The internet service was one of the biggest problems during my stay. The connection was extremely poor and unreliable, making it difficult to use the internet properly.

Finally, the policy regarding extra time was unreasonable. Even if a guest only needs an additional two hours, the hotel charges for half a day. A more flexible policy for short extensions would provide a much better experience for guests.

Overall, I believe the hotel needs significant improvement in room maintenance, internet service, booking transparency, delivery convenience, and its extra-time policy.

Its close to the center

Cons:

The cleanness. It was very untidy. They gave me smoke rooms even tho I requested non smoking. Charged me for early checking in. Not maintained at all. Washroom were nasty like public washroom.

I was left stranded with my family at midnight during a busy holiday.

Cosy and affordable
Pros:

Good place and in the city centre, if you are traveling for business, in Lahore the most of companies are near Gullberg street and I. This holet you can have better access to them. The crow were friendly and flexible

Cons:

It doesn't have lobby, if you want to have meeting, you should use nice coffee shops in gulberg street. But this item may not be so important for families or others

Pros:

I booked this hotel based on previous reviews and I found it even better. The cleanliness is amazing. Everthing from linen to sofa is exceptionally clean and fresh. A room at this price and facilities is hard to find and that too in the middle of the city. Moreover, this room also had a minibar with all the beverages. Loved my stay and would recommended anyone visiting lahore.
