Pros:

Pick and Drop from Airport , Rooms and ambience.

Cons:

No pharmacy nearby. You need to go to Mall Road to purchase medicines.
They offered a mini bar in your room, but at the time of checkin, they don't inform whether its z paid or complementary. After checkout, when I was on the way to the airport, they called me and asked me to pay the bill, which was very stressful. The PRO Azaz called and asked me to pay all these things, should be catered and checked before checkout.

clean, nicely appointed hotel
Pros:

lovely food options, in-room service options are awesome.

Cons:

breakfast buffet options are very limited on fresh fruit, cheese and cold meets - but perhaps these are no popular among their typical guests; there was no puri for halva puri- only halwa. Also, hotel staff keeps coming or calling the room at random throughout the day and even late at night with all kinds of silly questions; it's very annoying. the worst, when checking in, i was given a windowless room. In Lahore, Ramada's rates are at the top of the price range - and to receive a dingy windowless room for it is insulting.

Good simple and it is what it is , breakfast was ok but expected a Little better in varieties

Very nice and very simple in terms of deco which I like to be honest

Cons:

Staff at the desk were a little tired it seemed but not rude , I just felt they needed some sleep if you know what I mean not as bubbly as one should be but like I said they looked tired

Very disappointing and old fashioned rooms

The location was great, restaurants/food and shopping were close by

Very disappointing check-in experience.

I booked through Booking.com⁠ and complied with the stated requirement to provide identification by presenting my valid UK passport. To my surprise, this was deemed insufficient, and I was asked for additional documents that were never disclosed during the booking process.

It is unacceptable to introduce requirements at reception that are not clearly stated when guests make their reservation. I was kept waiting for around 20 minutes while staff enforced what appeared to be an undocumented policy and even questioned my immigration status despite my valid passport.

Had these requirements been clearly advertised beforehand, I could have come prepared. Instead, what should have been a simple check-in became a stressful and frustrating experience on my husband’s birthday.

Hotels have every right to request documentation, but they also have a responsibility to communicate those requirements transparently before guests arrive.

Also rooms need an upgrade
