Cons:

Głośno w godzinach wieczornych, ściany bardzo cieńkie. Rozmowy sąsiadów docierały do nas mimo zamkniętego okna. Łazienka bez wyposażenia typu szafki czy półki. Jeden mały wieszak na ścianie obok prysznica przy trzech osobach to nieporozumienie. Korzystanie z łazienki bardzo krępujące przy wyciętym otworze na dole drzwi. Generalnie wiele zaniedbań i brak nadzoru nad stanem technicznym, a szkoda, bo obiekt mógłby jeszcze błyszczeć.
