Przemiła obsługa - począwszy od rezerwacji, przez recepcję, restaurację i obsługę spotykaną na korytarzach. Wszyscy pomocni, spełniający prośby, odpowiadający na pytania. Klasa! Pokój obszerny, wygodny, "wszystkomający". Szlafroki do korzystania z basenu wyłożone na łóżkach. Sam basen fajny, w sam raz do rekreacyjnego popluskania się i popływania sportowego. Woda bez limitu w dyspenserze na korytarzu, do przyniesienia w wygodnej karafce. Jedzenie w restauracji pyszne, w sporych porcjach i niewysokich cenach.
Pokoje choć wygodne, powinny być odświeżone. Woda w basenie rekreacyjnym powinna mieć ze 2 stopnie więcej, by była w pełni komfortowa.
Miejsce jest oddalone od Torunia z 15-20 min drogi autem co ma swój urok w nocy jest cicho a za oknem są pola kukurydzy. Śniadania są smaczne. Nasz pokój trzy osobowy duży.
Niestety hotel wymaga odświeżenia, cały nasz pobyt z naszej łazienki wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji miałam wrażenie że każde nasze ubranie ma ten zapach. Niestety okna były zablokowane. Nie dały się otworzyć. Dostawka dla syna była twarda jak deski i niezbyt czysta.... Ogólny stan hotelu wymaga remontu. Szczegóły to rozklejone tapety na ścianach i zarwany fotel czy tv który się bardzo długo uruchamia.
Obsługa, jedzenie, czystość - wszystko ok
Małe łóżko, niewygodne. To, że niewygodne jeszcze by uszło, ale Dla dwóch osób jest za małe, a z dzieckiem to już wogóle się nie nadaje. Ciężko było się wyspać.

Bardzo fajny aquapark i teren rekreacyjny dookoła. Pokoje spore, łóżka wygodne . Pokoje potrzebuja odświeżenia.
Brak gniazdek przy łóżku...mieliśmy stłuczoną szybe na balkonie ...
