Awful, we would never stay here again.
Pros:

To be quite honest we would never stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

There were black hairs in the bed, the cups were dirty. The noise was awful. It was one in the morning when the music stopped. We were never told that there was a party taking place in the ballroom and the thumping noise of the disco reverberated throughout the hotel. There was no restaurant opened, nowhere to sit and relax to get a wine or a cup of coffee. This hotel is awful and we would never stay here again. We were very disappointed.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our night at the palace. We had a lovely stroll through the gardens before a delicious dinner at glassed-in restaurant. Excellent service. Would highly recommend

Niestety, poza pierwszym wrażeniem, pobyt był ogromnym rozczarowaniem.

Z zewnątrz hotel prezentuje się naprawdę świetnie – piękny budynek, bardzo ładny i zadbany ogród oraz parking. Przyjeżdżając na miejsce, można pomyśleć, że czeka nas pobyt na naprawdę dobrym poziomie. Niestety, na tym pozytywne wrażenia się kończą.

Pokój bardzo mocno śmierdział papierosami. Jako osoby niepalące praktycznie nie mogliśmy tam normalnie oddychać, a od intensywnego zapachu szybko zaczęła boleć głowa. Dodatkowo znalazłem na podłodze obok łazienki zużyty plaster, co zdecydowanie nie świadczy dobrze o dokładności sprzątania.

Kolejny problem to łazienka. Woda zarówno w umywalce, jak i w brodziku praktycznie nie odpływała – po skorzystaniu z nich utrzymywała się jeszcze około 15-20 minut.

Nie działały również gniazdka elektryczne. Wieczorem podłączyłem telefon do ładowania, a rano okazało się, że poziom baterii jest praktycznie taki sam jak poprzedniego wieczoru.

Osobnym rozczarowaniem była hotelowa restauracja. Wieczorem poszliśmy na kolację. Na drinka żona czekała około 30 minut, po czym zamiast zamówionego Aperol Spritz otrzymała Porn Star Martini. Obsługująca nas pani stwierdziła jedynie, że tak usłyszała. Nie usłyszeliśmy nawet zwykłego „przepraszam” za pomyłkę.

Zamówiłem również stek. Został podany tak zimny, że położone na nim masło nawet się nie roztopiło. Do tego otrzymałem nieodpowiedni nóż, przez co pokrojenie mięsa było właściwie niemożliwe.

Byliśmy w wielu hotelach, w różnych miejscach, i nawet obiekty trzygwiazdkowe potrafią utrzymywać naprawdę dobry, równy standard. Tutaj piękny budynek i otoczenie kompletnie nie idą w parze z jakością pokoju, czystością, sprawnością wyposażenia ani poziomem restauracji.

Po tym pobycie mam wrażenie, że ten hotel po prostu nie trzyma standardu, którego można oczekiwać po takim obiekcie. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Lokalizacja i piękne ogrody otaczające Pałac, bardzo urokliwe miejsce. Wygodne łóżko ,smaczne śniadanie. Trzeba być przygotowanym, że w weekend bywają dość głośne imprezy. Jest jednak informacja, że taka impreza będzie. Ogólnie wart polecenia.

Chyba to niewłaściwe słowo " nie podobało" ale wtym dniu w pałacu było wesele. Poinformowano nas o tym wcześniej i zaproponowano nocleg w domku na terenie ogrodów. Niestety w pobliżu odbywało sie spotkanie z bardzo głośną muzyką. Ale piękny poranek i cisza zrekompensowała baderwaną noc

Jestem pod wrażeniem
Pros:

Przepiękny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Wnętrza piękne, czyste. Ogrody robią wrażenie. Śniadania znakomite, restauracja na 6. Jeżeli wrócę w te okolice na pewno zatrzymam się w Pałacu Bursztynowym ❤️

Übernachtung im Palast
Pros:

Mal abgesehen davon, dass der Palast nicht historisch ist, sondern ein Neubau ist hier fast alles perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstücksbuffet. Unser Zimmer war schön und sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier; man hätte es auch länger ausgehalten ...

Smuk og charmerende hotel

Cons:

Der var 2 fester booket da vi overnattet - 2 af dem var 18 års og der var fest med dj og dans til kl 2 om natten. Alt for meget larm - så vi måtte bytte værelse midt om natten. Det var synd for oplevelsen - så spørg INdEn I booker om der er fest på hotellet.
