Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, höflich, hilfsbereit. Nach Möglichkeiten und Lösungen suchend, um Kundenwunsch zu erfüllen. Personal Frühstück sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, mit Insider Tips für Einkäufe etc. Personal Restaurant sehr nett, freundlich und richtig Gastfreundlich.
Parkplätze vorhanden. Vielen Dank für die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit

Petit déjeuner cher. Très peu de choix. Au restaurant une viande avariée de porc nous a ete servie que nous n avons pas mangée. Nous l avons indiqué au personnel et le cuisinier a affirmé que c était l odeur de la marinade. Pas de geste commercial. Nous ne sommes plus allés au restaurant de l hôtel après y avoir ete trois fois. Les deux premières fois c était pourtant très bon

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht zufrieden.

Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, bekamen jedoch ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten. Als wir dies an der Rezeption angesprochen haben, war der Mitarbeiter leider sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Anstatt nach einer Lösung zu suchen, wurde uns sogar empfohlen, ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, wenn uns das Zimmer nicht gefällt.

So ein Umgang mit Gästen ist aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht akzeptabel. Wir hätten uns einen freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Service gewünscht.

Ściany zero wygłuszenia słuchać rozmowę sąsiadów jak przez papier, łóżko tak skrzypi że strach się przewrócić na drugi bok żeby kogoś nie obudzić.
