Pros:

Na pochwałę zasługują przede wszystkim pracownicy hotelu, panie i panowie recepcjoniści, którzy są bardzo uczynni i pomocni. Otoczenie jest iście bajkowe, można naprawdę wypocząć po dniu wrażeń na termach. Do dyspozycji gości kawa, herbata, napoje 24h na dobę, za darmo. Przepyszne śniadania, wszystko tak swieżutkie, pięknie podane. Dorada w restauracji - wyśmienita. Dziękujemy też za rozwiązanie problemu niedziałającej klimatyzacji.

Cons:

Podróżowaliśmy z dzieckiem po raz pierwszy. Muzyka na holu była uciążliwa ze względu na głośność, a po dwóch dniach denerwująca, bo cały czas powtarzało się tam kilka włoskich piosenek. Nie wszystkie pokoje mają żaluzje, a powinny, bo zasłony to trochę za mało. Nie otrzymaliśmy też wody drugiego dnia (pokój chyba nie był sprzątany, co nam nie przeszkadza, ale miło byłoby w takim ukropie otrzymać wodę do pokoju). Poduszki są bardzo napompowane, niewygodne.
O ile nie mam zastrzeżeń co do zamówionych posiłków- były naprawdę pyszne, o tyle czas przygotowania zdecydowanie za długi. Czekaliśmy ponad godzinę na schabowego i kotlet devolalile...

Wszystko bylo dobrze, nawet bardzo dobrze. Zwrocilabym uwage tylko na bezpieczenstwo wchodzenia do bali, powinna byc porecz.

Miła obsluga i kameralny klimat. Cisza, spokój.
Dostępność 24h ekspresu do kawy, możliwość zrobienia sobie herbaty czy wypicia soku - w cenie pobytu.

Cons:

Łóżko duże, zbyt miękkie, ale bez tragedii. Kabina prysznicowa trochę ciasna i już niezbyt estetyczna (lepsza byłaby walk-in bez brodzika).
Brak windy to utrudnienie w przypadku ciężkiego bagażu.
Śniadania dość powtarzalne i można bylo momentami odnieść wrażenie, że jest za mało obsługi (chyba w poprzednich latach bylo więcej przez co śniadania były lepiej zaopiekowane).
