Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragenden Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte Ähnlichkeit mit einem der Romantikhotels. Positiv zu erwähnen, dass während des gesamten Aufenthalts die Klimaanlage in Betrieb war und somit das Zimmer Abends kühl und angenehm war. Die Außentemperatur betrug 35-37 Grad

Cons:

Es war kein Lift vorhanden und bis zum 2. Obergeschoss waren sehr viele Stufen.

Soyez très vigilant si on vous demande de payer sur place, il faut tout vérifier!
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, et la chambre était bien.

Cons:

Quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a fait payer en disant que le lendemain matin nous partirions trop tôt. Le problème est que j’avais déjà payé d’avance, je ne m’en suis pas rendu compte j’ai fait confiance, j’ai donc payé deux fois!
Et en plus le montant qu’on m’a fait payer sur place était plus élevé que celui de la réservation! Et quand je m’en suis rendu compte, on m’a dit que je serais remboursé mais j’ai du relancer pour que ce soit fait, et j’ai été remboursé par Booking du premier paiement fait et pas de ce que j’ai payé sur place. J’ai donc payé plus cher que prévu!
Le personnel est par ailleurs peu joignable et peu réactif.

Pros:

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, pokoje czyściutkie. Na stronie brak a szkoda informacji o tym, że restauracja czynna do 21 a można było by zamówić np zimną płytę wcześniej i by czekała.

Perfekt gelegen und alles zu Fuß erreichbar
Pros:

Wir waren als Gruppe mit Fahrrädern unterwegs. Eine Unterbringung der Fahrräder war gar kein Problem. Das Personal ist sehr sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück war TOP, genau richtig. Zimmer haben einen besonderen Stil aber es hat was.
