Dobra lokalizacja, spory parking, duży wybór produktów na śniadaniu. Czysta pościel i niezłe, dobrej jakości ręczniki, basen dostępny ale nie korzystaliśmy

Recepcjonistka obsłużyła nas bez powitania, siedząc przy kontuarze. Hotel w realu wygląda dużo gorzej niż na zdjęciach. Obiekt stary, do remontu. W pokoju 2 łóżka obok siebie zsunięte tak blisko, że stopę trzeba ustawiać równolegle do łóżka aby do niego dojść. Obwisłe i haczące drzwi do łazienki, prysznic z urwanym uchwytem, trzeba trzymać w jednej dłoni, poplamiona wykładzina podłogowa. Pies stróżujący, ujadający za oknem w ciągu nocy, głośno z innych pokoi i z korytarza. Gdyby nie to, że zrobiliśmy przedpłatę, pewnie poszukalibyśmy czegoś lepszego w Kielcach, zostaliśmy, ale się nie cieszyliśmy, humor poprawił się dopiero na śniadaniu.
