Lokalizacja dobra, parking duży, miła obsługa. Śniadanie też nie najgorsze.

W pokoju na pierwszym piętrze było czuć non stop zapachy z kuchni i nie dało się spać z zamkniętym oknem ze względu na intensywne zapachy. Dodatkowo słychać bardzo windę i rozmowy z parteru.

Lokalizacja, funkcjonalne pokoje, bardzo czysto, sympatyczny personel, świeże kwiaty na stolikach w restauracji, w której serwowano śniadania.

Cons:

Śniadania były w porządku, ale też niczym szczególnym nie zachwycały (np. jakością produktów, sałatkami czy wypiekami). Słowem, przeciętne.

Miła Pani na recepcji.

Cons:

Koszmarne śniadanie: tanie wędliny i sery, brzydkie owoce, wyjatkowo niestarannie podane i pokrojone warzywa. Najtańsze pieczywo. Ciasteczka z supermarketu.

W hotelu „Piast” nie wykłada się pikli do miseczek tylko stawia ogromne słoiki, w których każdy może sobie pogrzebać, podobnie jest z powidłami.

Ekspress do kawy pamięta lata 90 i ma mnóstwo nalepek na panelu świadczących o jego historii i zmieniających się modach. Na stołach położono brunatne ceratki, żeby goście nie zabrudzili białych obrusów.
