Pros:

Breakfast was suitable enough while the room was quite sizeable. It was also nice having a couch to relax on.
The location was great, just off a main road and within very easy walking distance to the main part of town. And even being just off a main road, it was still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep.

The room was very well prepared, exactly as expected.
Area is nice - 1-2 minutes to shopping area.
2 minutes to nice and big park. Walking, running, biking is possible.
