Sehr gerne wieder, kann es nur empfehlen
Pros:

Frühstück war super, sehr reichhaltig und lecker 😋
Mitarbeiter nett und freundlich
Fahrstuhl war vorhanden, Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut

Cons:

Wir hatten ganz oben das Zimmer und die Sonnenseite, da hätten wir uns gerne eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Wir hatten tagsüber 32grad gehabt 🥵🥵😉

Pros:

Das Hotel punktet zunächst mit einem sehr positiven Aspekt: Die Sauberkeit ist durchgehend auf einem hohen Niveau, sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen.

Cons:

Leider überwiegen jedoch deutlich die negativen Eindrücke. Das Doppelzimmer hat ein sehr schmales Bett mit nur ca. 1,50 m Breite und die Matratze ist viel zu weich, wodurch ein erholsamer Schlaf erschwert wird. Im Badezimmer war eine Lampe defekt, außerdem fehlt die Ablage unter dem Spiegel komplett, was die Nutzung unpraktisch macht. Auch der Straßenverkehr ist deutlich zu hören und stört die Ruhe.
Der Name „Eco“ wirkt leider nicht konsequent umgesetzt. Statt nachhaltiger Spender gibt es kleine Einzelfläschchen für Duschbad und Shampoo sowie zusätzlich kleine Seifen. Auch aus der Dusche kommt viel zu viel Wasser, was nicht gerade zu einem nachhaltigen Konzept passt.
Der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Whirlpool ist grundsätzlich positiv, allerdings muss die Nutzung reserviert werden und ist nur für mindestens zwei Stunden möglich. Diese lange Mindestdauer ist unflexibel und für viele Gäste wenig praktisch.
Sehr enttäuschend war auch das Frühstück. Es beginnt erst um 8 Uhr, was für Gäste, die wandern oder früh zu Aktivitäten aufbrechen möchten, deutlich zu spät ist. Für Vegetarier gibt es kaum Auswahl: außer Tomaten, Gurken und kalten hart gekochten Eiern kaum geeignete Angebote. Es fehlen Beschilderungen bei Käse, Joghurt, gebratenen Eiern, Marmeladen und Müslis, sodass nicht erkennbar ist, welche Produkte vegetarisch geeignet sind. Es gibt nur Kuhmilch und keine Alternative, ebenso nur Butter und keine weitere Option. Auch die angebotenen Säfte sind nicht gekennzeichnet, sodass man nicht weiß, welche Sorten enthalten sind.
Das Obstangebot, das für alle Gäste gedacht ist, ist sehr überschaubar: Es gibt drei halbierte Erdbeeren, einen in Spalten geschnittenen Apfel, eine in Spalten geschnittene Birne, einige Trauben und ein bis zwei Mandarinenstücke. Für die Anzahl der Gäste wirkt dieses Angebot wenig großzügig und nicht besonders liebevoll vorbereitet.
Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Pros:

The room was very clean and cozy, it felt that we were surrounded by amazing Polish nature just by staying in the room. The staff was welcoming, helpful and polite. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and worth every spent penny!

Cons:

At least for us the bed mattress was way too soft and causing back pain but we are glad that we could switch sleeping on the small couch.

Tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit täglich wechselnden lokalen Spezialitäten. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen in der Nähe zu Zakopane und dem Nationalpark Tatra. Das SPA ist sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Cons:

Die SPA-Benutzung ist leider nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten.

Bardzo dobry i udany pobyt.
Pros:

Pobyt bardzo udany. Lokalizacja jak najbardziej na plus. Hotel miły, kameralny, cichy. Pokoje bardzo dobre, bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Śniadania super, nawet byłem miło zaskoczony ilością i urozmaiceniem, po prostu pyszne. Strefa SPA w porządku, można się zrelaksować. Lobby bar miły klimatyczny i przytulny. Generalnie wszystko ok, podobało mi się. Gdybym miał tu wrócić po raz kolejny, to myślę, że jak najbardziej.

Cons:

Nie jest to negatywna ocena, lecz sugestia. Dobrze by było, gdyby w pokoju były szlafroki.
