Byłam miło zaskoczona pobytem w fajnym hotelu i przewyższa inne z np. 4 gwiazdkami.
Pros:

Bardzo ładny pokój. Urządzony gustownie i z docenieniem drobiazgów. Śniadania świetne, bardzo smaczne. Ogólnie bardzo fajny hotel i zasługuje na więcej gwiazdek.

Cons:

Jedynym mankamentem to brak windy, no cóż, możliwości są takie jakie są. Ale można sobie z tym poradzić.

Podsumowując. Obiekt fajny ale część z personelu napewno wymaga głębszego przyjrzenia się.

Czystość i wyposażenie pokoju w lodówkę, suszarkę, kosmetyki i mini barek.

Cons:

Niestety Pani pracująca w restauracji i na recepcji była bardzo oceniająca wzrokiem. Czytałam już wcześniej takie opinie na Google ale stwierdziłam że damy szansę mimo tego. Jednak po spojrzeniu na nas po przekroczeniu progu jak weszliśmy że chcemy się zarejestrować wiedziałam już o co chodziło w opiniach. Pani blondynka bardzo przyjemna, pokazała wolny stolik, na śniadaniu również miło zapytała czy podać coś na ciepło itp. Bardzo kontaktowa osoba….. ale ta druga zupełne przeciwieństwo. Dodatkowo jak wróciliśmy do hotelu to nie zadziałała nam karta do korytarza na górze przed pokojami. Próbowaliśmy wpisać pin bo awarie się zdarzają i jest to oczywiście w pełni normalne ale spojrzenie tej Pani jak musiała przyjść wyłączyć alarm bo nie chciało się wkliknąć po kolei cyferki było nie na miejscu. Dodatkowo powiedziała że napewno działa ale ja coś robię źle. Możliwe. Też jestem tylko człowiekiem.

Hotel w samym centrum, większość pokoi po generalnym remoncie.
Jest przytulnie, choć pokoje są raczej niewielkie.
Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadania zaskakują pozytywnie.
Korzystamy z hotelu 2-3 razy w ciągu roku i nigdy nie mieliśmy zastrzeżeń :-)

Cons:

W pokoju dwuosobowym z jednym łóżkiem powinny być 2 kołdry tak jak przy pojedynczych łóżkach w takim pokoju.
