Dostalam informację po rezerwacji ( i mozliwosci odwolania za darmo rezerwacji raptem 2h pozniej dostalam informacje ze w hotelu odbywają sie 3 wesela.
Poprosiłam o darmowa anulacje rezerwacji.
Pani zapewniała ze tak sie uda i ze ogarnie to z booking.Do dzis po 2 miesiącach nie dostalam zwrotu środków.
Tak bezczelnie oszukana dawno nie zostałam.

Un hôtel entouré d’un immense parc bien entretenu, le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux, très efficace, vous pouvez vous promener dans les nombreux espaces, dédiés aux activités, un très bon restaurant complète l’ensemble

Cons:

La moquette des chambres est à changer, il y a de nombreuses taches, lors de notre séjour l’hôtel était très bruyant,

Bardzo miła obsługa. Pyszne jedzenie. Czysto. Przyjemne otoczenie w obiekcie, można odpocząć. Śpiew ptaków, a cena przystępna. Polecam!

Nel complesso le strutture sono molto belle, immerse nella natura e quindi molto tranquille. La sala per la colazione è meravigliosa, il cibo attimo.

La camera non è assolutamente all'altezza del posto. L'arredamento impersonale non la rende accogliente.
