Pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty, bardzo nowoczesny i świetnie wyciszony, co zapewniło komfortowy wypoczynek. Łóżko okazało się wyjątkowo wygodne. Dużym atutem jest obsługa – personel na recepcji i w restauracji jest niezwykle pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Śniadania były pyszne, ze świeżych produktów i z dużym wyborem dań.

W hotelu jest świetna restauracja. Położenie przy szlakach turystycznych ułatwia wyjście na malownicze wycieczki po Górach Opawskich (z których można wygodnie wrócić dzięki uruchomionym przez gminę regularnym połączeniom autobusowym - przystanek 100 m od hotelu).

Es war nett, aber Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Es ist sehr ruhig, sehr günstig gelegen, wenn man wandern möchte oder einen frischen Fisch essen möchte. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Tür zum Zimmer sollte man von innen abschließen, ansonsten geht diese von alleine auf. Der Safe ist ungünstig platziert (sehr hoch), die Terrassentür war defekt. Das im Paket enthaltende Abendessen ist nicht zu empfehlen, da es keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten gibt. Man bekommt das serviert, was gerade der Koch gekocht hat. Es gab keine Information darüber.

Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Bardzo smaczne i bogate śniadanie. Dostęp do strefy basenowej. Idealna lokalizacja - niedaleko wejście na Biskupią Kopę.
