Cons:

Rude staff. Despite the fact that the hotel is claimed to have 24/7 open reception desk, when we arrive at 3am, all the doors were closed. Nobody answered the phone as well.
At 5 a.m., the man who was meant to be receiving guests woke up and finally opened the door.
No staff speaks English.
The attitude towards Ukrainians is terrible.

Karczma bardzo klimatyczna, pokoje jak w zamku, pokój wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba łącznie z lodówką i czajniczkiem do porannej kawy czy herbaty. Było bardzo przyjemnie i bardzo dobrze się spało.
