To był cudowny czas relaksu!!!
Pros:

Muszę przyznać, że śniadania były po prostu wyborne. Co do lokalizacji hotelu, położenie nad pięknym jeziorem Ukiel, czyni ten obiekt idealnym miejscem do wypoczynku zarówno dla rodzin, jak i singli. Jest tu spokojnie i klimatycznie. Pokoje są gustownie urządzone. Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju standard z widokiem na jezioro i przyznaje, że spełnił on nasze oczekiwania.

Pros:

Mieszkaliśmy w hotelu przez kilka dni. Wygodny i cichy pokój z balkonem i widokiem na jezioro. Z drugiej strony hotelu trwa budowa więc warto się upewnić co do położenia pokoju. Bardzo dobre śniadania, dobra restauracja na miejscu z tarasem przy jeziorze. Różne dodatkowe udogodnienia i fachowy personel.

Cons:

W łazience przydałyby się dodatkowe wieszaki na ręczniki. Jest tylko jeden, trochę za mało.

Spełnienie wszystkich potrzeb na wysokim poziomie :)
Pros:

Hotel położony w pięknej lokalizacji, tuż obok jeziora, z naszego pokoju mieliśmy również widok na jezioro, co niesamowicie umilało pobyt. Pokoje przestronne, bardzo czyste, z ekspresem kapsułkowym. Łazienka również bardzo czysta, z kosmetykami naprawdę dobrej jakości jak na hotelowe. Balkony z siedziskami również na duży plus. Personel zarówno w recepcji jak i w części restauracyjnej, w której serwowano śniadanie, na najwyższym poziomie. Ogromne podziękowania dla przemiłego Pana, który podszedł zapytać czy czegoś potrzebuję i kiedy poprosiłam o mleko roślinne, dostałam je dosłownie chwilę później, dbałość o klientów naprawdę czuć. Śniadanie smaczne, dla osób z dietą mięsną czy wegetariańską sporo opcji, wszystko wyglądało świeżo. Całość pobytu na duży plus, na pewno będziemy mieli w pamięci ten pobyt rezerwując w przyszłości nocleg w Olsztynie.

Cons:

Dość niskie poduszki - to jedyna kwestia związana z wyposażeniem, do której możemy jakkolwiek negatywnie się odnieść.
W kwestii śniadań zapewne dotyczy to niewielkiej grupy klientów, jednak warto zaznaczyć, że opcji dla wegan jest niewiele i dołożenie chociażby mleka roślinnego czy czegoś dodatkowego do pieczywa - masła orzechowego/hummusu/guacamole mogłoby być miłym dodatkiem, pewnie nie tylko dla wegan :)

Die Lage war hervorragend. Das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Zimmer freundlich eingerichtet und sauber.
