I honestly don’t understand how this hotel received such a high rating of 8.5. In my experience, the hotel was far below that standard.

There was no proper air conditioning, the refrigerator was not working properly, and the overall service was very poor. The room did not feel properly prepared before our arrival. At the very least, the room should have been ventilated and made comfortable for the guests before check-in.

Unfortunately, these basic things had not been taken care of. The only acceptable part of our stay was the breakfast, which was decent.

Overall, I was not satisfied with the hotel and I would not rate it anywhere near 8.5.

Pros:

Bardzo miły, przyjazny klientowi personel. Dużo zieleni ( niestety nie z mojego balkonu). Bardzo przyjemne kołdry do spania, smaczne śniadanie i b. miła obsługa, relaksacyjna sala śniadaniowa.

Cons:

Gdyby nie widok wprost na śmietniki z balkonu, które zaburzyły cały mój pobyt wszystko ocenilabym na 5. Uważam, że w dzisiejszych czasach jest to niedopuszczalne. Bardzo zaniżyło, a szkoda.
