Cons:

When I arrived at the hotel at around 10–11 p.m., I was told that the room I had booked was not available and, apparently, there was no room for me.

The staff spent a long time discussing the situation, making phone calls to each other, and trying to figure out what was happening. I was given a different room and taken there, but when I opened the door, there was someone else’s luggage inside, the bed had been slept in, and the room was clearly occupied.

At that point, it seemed that the staff themselves had no idea what was going on. Eventually, two other couples who had booked two rooms kindly agreed to share one room so that I could have the other one.

I am extremely grateful to those guests, because otherwise I honestly have no idea what I would have done in the middle of the night. The whole situation was completely unacceptable and very stressful. A hotel should know which rooms are available and which are occupied, especially when guests arrive late at night.

A bad experience; I definitely won't be coming to this hotel again.

The location was good.

Cons:

I was unhappy that I booked one room with a king-size bed and another with twin beds, but ended up with one single room and one triple room. The staff promised to compensate me 330 zlotys, but I haven't received anything. I also haven't received an invoice in my company's name. Very poor communication!

Otrzymana usługa różniła się z zamówieniem - zamówione jedno łóżko podwójne a otrzymane dwa pojedyncze bez woli właściciela do rozwiązania tego problemu. Na pomoc ruszyły przesympatyczne panie na miejscu, które pomogły rozwiązać problem. Właściciel nakazał pracownikom robić zdjęcia pokoju przed zameldowaniem traktując nas jak intruzów, bo mieliśmy odwagę powiedzieć, że usługa nie pokrywa się z oczekiwanym zamówieniem i jak nie ma możliwości zmiany pokoju to poprosiliśmy o dużą rekompensatę finansową, na którą właściciel też się nie zgodził.

Słabo i nijako nie polecam

Obiekt dosyć standardowy jak na hotel 3* nic się nie wyróżniało na plus

Cons:

Po przyjeździe (zameldowanie w środku tygodnia) okazało się że wyjątkowo z powodu jakiejś awarii nie udało im się dokładnie posprzątać pokoju. Na podłodze było brudno pod łóżkiem walały się butelki. Brakowało ręczników o które trzeba było ekstra poprosić i tylko 1 średniej wielkości na osobę. Łóżka jakieś dziwne „za miękkie” miałem wrażenie że przy przewracaniu na boki spadnę z łóżka bo materac się tak uginał. Co do śniadań które mieliśmy wykupione. Przez pierwsze 2 noce totalna porażka śniadania od 7-9:30 pojawiłem się o 8:15 i nic praktycznie nie było o wszystko trzeba było prosić by było donoszone. Nawet był problem z mlekiem do kawy w ekspresie. Co do samej jakości też się nie wypowiadam. O jedyne pieczywo to 2 dniowe bułki. Ogólnie przez 3 dni to była katorga. Natomiast w weekend jak pojawiło się więcej gości to ilość jak i jakość się trochę poprawiła. Ale porównując do wielu wielu innych 3* hoteli w których jadłem naprawdę odstawało to od standardu. No i na koniec obsługa a raczej jej totalny brak. Na recepcji nie było nikogo przez cały nasz pobyt trzeba było dzwonić z kom na numer ogólny hotelu by o coś poprosić. Na śniadaniach też pojawiał się ktoś od czasu do czasu ogólnie oceniam bardzo średnio szczególnie stosunek ceny do jakości. Nie daje jak miesiąc temu byłem w Łebie też hotel 3* taka sama cena a kosmiczna różnica tam czyściutko pachnąco klima w pokoju i najlepsze śniadania jakie jadłem w hotelu.

Za mírnou úplatu bylo možné nechat auto na parkovišti i mimo termín ubytování.

Cons:

Oficiálně prezentovaná snídaně od 7:00 se v den našeho odjezdu (čtvrtek) bohužel nekonala, takže jsme na vlak a další cestu museli vyrazit hladoví. A takových co čekali a nakonec odešli bez snídaně nás tam bylo víc.
