Espectacular!
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico todo y las frutas super frescas y dulces. La piscina muy cómoda.

Cons:

En mi opinión podría ir mejor si se aceptara ath movil como método de pago en todas partes, porque si estoy en la piscina y quiero comprar algo en Orale pero no tengo Apple pay, tengo que tener la tarjeta de crédito conmigo y podría perderla, mientras que el teléfono lo puedo tener dentro de la piscina.

Cons:

Solo estuve una noche y la tarjeta de la habitación no abria la puerta cuando lo deseaba. Lo notifique, me cambiaron la llave y segua dando problemas.
El hotel esta ubicado donde no hay una vista agradable...los pasillo olian a humedad. Y para ser un hotel...en la noche estaba apagado..en el sentido que no habia nada activo con música ect para pasar esa noche entretenida en los predios...y casi 300.00 la noche :(

Muy acogedor, relajante y el personal excelente.

Cons:

Todo está excelente, excepto los Bartender de la barra del Lobby y del Restaurante Órale.En limpieza, organización y ofrecerle menú al huésped la realidad necesitan adiestramiento para ofrecer servicio exclusivo a la altura del hotel Aloft.
