Una mica cutre
Pros:

És centric i suficient per passar una nit. Hotelet molt humil.

Cons:

Necessitaria una reforma integral. No hi ha ascensor i les habitacions al segon pis.

The hotel was clean. We stayed for a week but were never greeted other than as if we were strangers just arrived.

Propreté et literie au top du top.
Situation géographique à 5 minutes à pied du centre historique à côté de la librairie Lello e Irmaó.

Pros:

L’accueil est très agréable, l'immeuble a du charme avec vue sur une jolie place sans voiture, très bien située au centre de Porto.
On entend très bien les voix entre les chambres et à la réception, car les cloisons sont très minces. Heureusement, personne n’a fait de bruit la nuit que l’on a passée.
Je n’ai pas testé le petit déjeuner, car il y a d'excellents cafés/pâtisseries pas loin.

Pros:

Even though the room was small and the furniture very dark and outdated, the mattress was new and super comfortable. So were the pillows. I slept very well. Also, the room was facing a small public square but what little noise there was práctica disappeared once you closed the windows.

Cons:

The shower unit could’ve done with a bit more cleaning around the joints. But maybe it’s just that the silicone is old and stains black over time.

Le petit dejeuner servi a partir de 7h30... impossible d'en profiter car je devais partir a 7h30 pour le travail.

Le bruit la nuit impossible de dormir une nuit avec une fête étudiante sur la place en face de l' hotel jusqu' a 4 heures du matin.

Muy mala relación calidad-precio. Buena ubicación pero precio excesivo para la calidad del hotel.
Pros:

Lo único que podría salvar de este alojamiento es que está en una ubicación casi inmejorable, céntrico, cerca de los puntos de interés. El trato por parte del personal también fue muy cordial y amable.

Cons:

Me parece un precio muy excesivo para la calidad que ofrece el hotel. Hemos pagado 87 euros por una noche en una habitación que para mi juicio no valía más de 50. Vale que la ubicación es muy buena, pero eso no justifica el precio tan excesivo y la baja calidad de la habitación.
Cama incómoda, el baño sucio, toallas con manchas, la tapa del desagüe de la ducha ni siquiera estaba fijada. La puerta del baño no es que no tuviera pestillo, si no que ni siquiera cerraba, estaba rota. La puerta para acceder al hotel estaba desacoplada, dando una imagen bastante pobre. No había enchufe en las mesillas de noche.
Decepcionante para el precio que pagamos y las expectativas que teníamos habiendo pagado ese precio.
