Logo para começar o check-in foi tardio derivado a problemas na limpeza e nem avisaram, depois atribuíram um quarto que mais tarde vieram bater a porta do quarto a dizer que tinha havido engano na atribuição 😡 tivemos que arrumar as coisas e mudar de quarto e por último o preço que pagamos foi alto para tanto incomodo.

Cortesia e gentilezza della proprietaria, estremamente disponibile a fornirci tutte le informazioni e indicazioni sul soggiorno e la struttura. Posizione comoda sia per il parcheggio che per raggiungere il centro pedonale di Jardim do Mar, che é delizioso. Altamente consigliato il ristorante all'interno della struttura

La camera dava su una scalinata pubblica e la strada, pertanto non era possibile tenere le finestre aperte. Bagno piuttosto piccolo.

Excellent potentiel gâché par un mauvais accueil

Emplacement optimal avec chemin d’accès à 5 minutes à pied d’un beau et long bord de plage
Excellent potentiel hôtelier
Équipement complet et correct (clim, lit confortable, douche avec options)
Petit-déjeuner varié et à volonté
Ménage et changement de literie fait tous les jours par une femme de ménage sérieuse et sympathique

Cons:

La gérante, qui salue à peine ses clients et qui m’a prise pour une idiote. Le gérant m’a témoigné beaucoup plus de professionnalisme.
100€ la nuit pour une chambre de 15 m2 sans fenêtre ouverte (il aurait fallu le mentionner CLAIREMENT dans la réservation !)
Ne répond jamais au téléphone (5 appels) et répond trop tard aux mails, ce qui nous met face au fait accompli.
Appliquer un supplément pour 1 chien car nécessité d’un « spécial cleaning », ce qui est hypocrite.

Localização, serenidade do espaço e arredores

Cons:

O quarto que estava reservado para nós não tinha um bom odor, cheirava forte a tabaco. Quando fomos pedir solução, a única seria passar para a suíte, que teve um valor acrescido de 50 euros. Compreendo que seria um valor acima mas poderia ter sido compensado com um desconto ou alguma forma de compensar o mau odor que estava no quarto reservado para nós.
