Beautiful location; especially service improvements needed!
Pros:

We really liked the calm position of the place, only nature sound and tranquility, that was super relaxing for us

Cons:

The staff / the restaurant experience was really disappointing. It seemed no one beside the owner and the woman at the reception could speak English, big communication problems, but the biggest problem is that the stuff is not trained at all, it seems they don’t know what’s going on or what they do or what that job requires, I don’t know if this is the mistake of the owner who doesn’t teach his stuff how to work or if it’s simply a lack of interest from their side, but never have I experienced this type of service in a hotel of 4 stars. We felt really uncomfortable especially at breakfast, nothing was ready, no one communicated again with us and we felt kind of lost. At dinner the service seemed annoyed and didn’t want to explain any dish anything at all. So here you could
Improve a lot, because the location is very relaxing and the menu could improve, lunch and dinner is always the same food.

Cons:

Everything was great but just a small thing, the lunchtime menu was exactly the same as the evening menu and it would have been nice to have some variation for lunch.

Um refúgio de paz e natureza, perfeito para desligar do mundo

Se você busca sossego de verdade, esse lugar é para você. O silêncio é de outro mundo, você acorda ouvindo pássaros, contempla paisagens de tirar o fôlego e sente aquela sensação gostosa de estar longe de tudo. O hotel é bonito, o quarto estava impecável e a equipe, mesmo sendo pequena, é sempre simpática e atenciosa. O pequeno almoço é bem completo e dá aquele arranque perfeito pro dia. À noite, o restaurante do hotel surpreende: a comida é deliciosa e o atendimento dos rapazes merece nota máxima, atenção e simpatia do início ao fim.

Cons:

O wi-fi é fraco e instável, não chega à piscina e nem sempre funciona bem no quarto. Se você depende de internet, vai sofrer um pouco. Encare como uma oportunidade de descanso digital! O ar condicionado parou de funcionar de madrugada todas as noites, então acordamos com calor e tivemos que religar, um pouco incômodo. Por fim, os cortinados não bloqueiam a luz totalmente, então se você é sensível à claridade de manhã, leve uma máscara de dormir.

Amazing!
Pros:

Everything about this place is amazing. It feels like you are at home, sometimes. The staff is very friendly and professional, no exceptions. The facilities were very clean and the outside decor is simply adorable. The whole vibe with all those antiques is very cute. We went in the beginning of June, the weather was great (not too hot), so our time by the pool and kayaking was great. Luckily(?), the other guests were very respectful too - everyone was enjoying their stay without disrespecting other people’s time and space.

A hospitalidade e a fusão com a natureza deram-nos um descanso memorável.
Pros:

Adorei a tranquilidade e a fusão com a natureza. É um hotel muito acolhedor que convida a ficar.
Quarto amplo, e prático, muito confortável, com uma varanda com excepcional vista, servido por uma casa de banho perfeita.
Tem uma explanada incrível onde são servidas refeições de excelência.
O jardim do hotel possui recantos tranquilos onde nos podemos abrigar do calor e podemos ainda usufruir das canoas gentilmente cedidas pelo hotel para passearmos nas águas da barragem.

Cons:

1. Apesar de completo e de muito bem confeccionado o pequeno almoço peça pela falta de variedade principalmente quando se fica uma semana.
2. As camas e as almofadas, apesar de confortáveis, são muito moles para o nosso gosto particular, e afundámos nelas
