Le petit déjeuner et la restauration répondaient aux attentes. Le site est beau et offre un bon potentiel.

Cons:

L’entretien des infrastructures, l’entretien de la végétation, beaucoup de guêpes et de moustiques, odeurs persistantes d’égouts autour de la piscine, aucune indication sur la qualité de l’eau de la piscine.

Pros:

Gostei da simpatia das pessoas, da vista/localização em virtude da vista sobre o rio. Muita identidade (decoração, peças artisticas, mix de estilos) na recepção, "sala de estar" e no espaço exterior. Localização da Piscina e espaços exteriores muito bons! Relva sempre bem aparada e Limpa. A vista é espetacular e desafogada! Espaço exterior é muito bonito!

Cons:

Ausência de Caixotes de Lixo no Exterior. Falta de traços/identidade nos Quartos, demasiado simples em vez de transportar a identidade do local, é apenas um quarto tipico de hotel faltando aquela identidade. No restaurante podiam utilizar (exemplo) aquele candeeiro do ikea, que quando estivesse acesso quer dizer que solicitamos a presença de um colaborador, caso contrário estaria apagado! Falta de Controlo e de condições, na zona de acesso ao Rio, passando a responsabilidade para as pessoas que querem andar de caiaque! No espaço exterior deveria haver opções para mesas apenas para 2 pessoas, pois só existem mesas de 4 lugares ou mais...
