זו לא פעם ראשונה שאני מתאכסנת כאן והפעם מאד התאכזבתי. . 3 מיטות צפופות אין נוכחות בקבלה. אין קומקום בחדר!!! אי אפשר לעשות קפה וחייבים ללכת לבית הקפה הצמוד למלון.
כל פעם שצריך משהו הולכים לחפש את פקידת הקבלה בכל הצלום. לפעמיםמכין ברירה אלא לפנות לאחראית במסעדה. .
בפעמים הקודמות נהניתי. מהשהות.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. They immediately took action after I explained the issues int he room. It was ok for what i needed but i will choose a different accommodation/ hotel next time.
The room was nice on the first view. I went to the toilet and the toilet paper place fall down from the wall. Then i went out of the bathroom and i wanted to close the bathroom door, as any normal door and i remained with the handle in my hand. The staff went to the room trying to fix all this but they came back saying that they are changing the room. They gave me a bigger room, bot that i needed it. All the rooms and hotel looks good in the pictures but in reality there are a lot of issues and details that could be fixed: distance between parquets stripes, the room door cannot be closed properly, you can block it but in the lower part it is remaining a space where you can see outside. The window hangings are smaller than the windows if you want to make it darker in the room during the day, you cannot; or if there is a football training and you want intimacy, you cannot have it.
I had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and 1 time breakfast. The quality and taste of the food are low. The next day we ate in a different place in Campina…much better of course.

There was nothing at all I did not like during my stay. From the cleanliness, room size, the smell on the premises (no cigarette or mildew smell), to all service personnel (Ionela took care of our room accommodating three people; Cristi and Magda helped with our event, serving the food on time, making boxes with left overs etc. ; Ms. Mădălina assisted with logistics for the 60 people event during my stay. Most food was prepared in Seva’s kitchen. It was excellent!! Try the papanasi, sarmale, vegetable soup, ciorbă de perișoare, cașcaval pane, potatoes cooked in so many ways-all great, grilled chicken etc. They ordered some coliva and cozonaci that were amazing, at a different place! Director Mihaela Tirdea helped with a double booking issue, and reimbursement is on the way. I cannot express my gratitude for the excellent services, food quality, and especially allowing me to feel welcomed at home. I will definitely come back and send more people your way, Seva!
