Use of the spa/wellness center is limited to 1 hour per person, per day (corresponding to each night of stay).
Access to the pool/spa/wellness center/fitness center is by reservation only and is subject to availability.
There is an additional charge to use the spa/wellness center:
Adult: RON 40, per hour
Child (aged 4–16 years): RON 20, per hour

Additional conditions:
All hotel guests have complimentary 1-hour access per day (per night of stay) to Aqua Mirage + Fitness, regardless of package purchased (accommodations, meals, spa), upon reservation at Spa Reception.
Aqua Mirage zone includes the following facilities: indoor pool, wet sauna, dry sauna, cervical waterfalls, jacuzzi, cyclonic showers and hydromassage loungers.
Children aged 4–16 staying at the hotel have complimentary 1-hour pool access per day for each night of stay during dedicated children's hours: 12:00–14:00 and, subject to availability, 17:00–18:00, upon reservation at Spa Reception.
Children under 4 years are not permitted access to the pool for safety reasons.
Additional hours beyond the complimentary 1 hour are subject to availability and charged at the rates above.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Curatenia in Sala de mese lasa de dorit, muste pe Jos, pe dupa perdele praf, perdele prafuite, praf si intre stinghiile mobilei unde era bufetul,mocheta veche, asternuturi vechi,calorifer ruginit, etc, 4 stele trecute. SE VEDE CA NU S.A MAI FACUT NIMIC.

This was exactly the peaceful and enjoyable holiday I needed.
Pros:

From the moment | arrived I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The level of cleanliness was exemplary throughout the property and the housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their excellent work.
The food was excellent with plenty of choices for everyone , the beach is very close to the hotel,making it easy to enjoy the Sea whenever you want. Guests also have 1 h access to the SPA which is exceptionally clean , well organised and perfect for relaxation.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marin: partea de "hotel", execrabil, la nivel de nota 2. "Hotelul" nu are plaja cu sezlonguri (sa mearga cineva dintre "patroni", in Bulgaria, pentru a se califica / scolariza intr-ale turismului!) sezlongurile sunt lasate la nesimtirea borfasilor. Acestia, impreuna cu porumbul fiert si manelele, dau specificul zonei neprotejate de care "se ocupa" acesti borfasi.

Îmi place că este curățenie și piscina interioara are apa calda. Deasemenea sauna uscata și umedă au fost funcționale. Personalul este amabil.

Cons:

O recomandare ar fi ca la micul dejun să aveți prăjituri de casă. Cele existente nu sunt prea bune. Sau puneți mai multe fructe.

Cons:

Faptul că pe booking apare o ora de check-in și în realitate când ajungi acolo este o alta oră, astfel încât pierzi și singura oră de acces la piscina. La piscina, accesul este doar 1 ora pe zi, iar cu copii doar într-un interval orar. Am aflat că accesul la piscina est limitat la doar o ora pe zi după ce am făcut rezervarea și mi-au fost retrași banii de pe card. Frigiderul din camera nu funcționa corespunzator, ba chiar partea de congelator nu funcționa deloc. Liftul venea exagerat de greu, era un singur lift in tot hotelul, care avea capacitate maxima de 3 pers, care în prima zi nici măcar nu funcționa, fiind necesar să urcăm pe scări cu bagaje grele și căruciorul copilului.
