Nice new hotel but the reception staff needs to work on their customer service skills
Pros:

Very new hotel, unfinished actually. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The hotel is not finished yet. There were workers on the same floor with our room, construction materials on the floor in front of the lift. The bathroom sink was leaking and the air conditioning wasn’t working. We reported that to reception and they were not very responsive. They didn’t apologise for the inconvenience, eventually we suggested to move rooms which they agreed. When we came back it was a different reception guy who vaguely knew about some problems with our room and he acted like he is doing us a favour and gave us a different room. New room was ok but the air conditioning was still not working. We reported it in the morning and again, no apologies. We found the reception staff a bit unfriendly and unhelpful if not arrogant.
