Cons:

Personalul de la recepție lipsit de amabilitate .Au întocmit factura ,fără să mă întrebe datele de facturare ,încă de la check-in .La check-out,când am solicitat factura ,mi-au spus ca e deja făcută și nu mai pot face modificări .Nu știu dacă a fost din neștiință sau lipsă de bunăvoința (Exista articolul 330 din Codul Fiscal care permite stornare și refacturare )
Nu există dulap pentru haine,,doar un gen de etajeră pentru haine și cuier.

Hotelul este clar pe lista mea de hotele la care voi reveni.
Pros:

Camera foarte spatioasa, curata, calduroasa. Micul dejun foarte frumos aranjat cu varietate de tipuri de mancare. Personalul foarte politicos

A fost o sedere foarte placuta, doar faptul ca check out-ul este la ora 11 a fost putin deranjant fiind un pic mai devreme decat la alte hotele. In rest totul foarte placut
