Pros:

Locația este ultra-centrală. Deși hotelul este mai vechi, camera este confortabilă, parțial renovată și foarte curată. Am apreciat în mod deosebit faptul că am găsit în cameră o farfurie cu fructe, un gest foarte plăcut. Micul dejun a fost ok, iar ospătarii au fost foarte amabili și atenți.

Cons:

Lifturile, care scârțâie puțin.

In opinia mea, hotelul ar trebui sa piarda o stea, 3 stele ar fi mult mai potrivit
Pros:

Locatia excelenta, chiar in centrul orașului, paturile confortabile si foarte curate, doamnele de la recepție extrem de drăguțe și foarte amabile, in special doamna blonda si creata, curatenia de la restaurant și mancarea foarte bună, bufetul suedez de dimineață bogat si diversificat, personalul in general este foarte amabil

Cons:

Mocheta din camera veche, degradată și murdară. In baie mirosea continuu a urina. Mobilierul vechi, toată mobila avea aplicata folie, ca sa para mai noua, dar una dintre noptiere avea folia rupta si dezlipită aproape pe jumatate din suprafața

Am fost cazati intr-un apartament la etajul 11, iar privelistea de sus asupra orasului si obiectivelor turistice a fost spectaculoasa.
Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, spatios, cu 2 băi, aer condiționat, paturi comode.
Mic dejun ofertant.
Localizarea hotelului este foarte buna, chiar vis a vis de Catedrala "Buna vestire", Primărie, Prefectură, Palatul culturii, Piața Trandafirilor.
