Dirty and dangerous for the kids, no wifi on the fourth floor!
Pros:

Strong air conditioner, nice building, good water pressure

Cons:

Dirty carpet, dirty shower mat, dirty floors, no internet connection (really bad for the kids . Safety electricity issues, displaced socket (really dangerous for the kids) ! Definitely overrated , not worth the money! Horrible dirty carpet smell in one of the rooms !
