Pohodlné ubytování s otřesným personálem.
Pros:

V prvé řadě výborná a velká postel, velmi příjemné lůžkoviny. Celkově pěkný a moderní hotel a krásný pokoj. Centrum poměrně blízko. Vlastní parkoviště. Snídaně velký výběr.

Cons:

Personál! Uvítání na recepci naprosto otřesné. Komunikace ve stylu "dobrý den, mám tady reservaci - hmm, tak mi dejte doklady, tady máte klíče, papíry s kecy, jak jsme šťastní, že jste si nás vybral a teď vypadněte. Od té doby jsme recepční (naštěstí) neviděli a to včetně návratu kolem půlnoci, kdy byl hotel otevřený, včetně restaurace a nikde nikdo. Závora na parkoviště hotelu zvednutá i přes noc. Bohužel ani personál na snídani to moc nespravil. Bez pozdravu, místo zeptání, jakou si dáte kávu si musíte sami za obsluhou, která se stará hlavně o úklid po předchozích hostech a to včetně hlasitého vysávání vám za zády. (nechci jim křivdit, možná to mají za úkol a je jich tam málo, ale jako hosta mě to nezajímá a jsem zvyklý z jiných hotelů na lepší služby)
U hotelu takové třídy nečekám nic jiného, než pěkný a čistý pokoj, ale utracené peníze majitele jsou zbytečné, když se personál neumí chovat k hostům.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel auf der Heimreise
Pros:

Ganz neues, modernes Hotel im Zentrum von Satu Mare.
Das Zimmer ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, aber etwas eng.

Es gibt ein sehr schönes Frühstücksrestaurant mit Frühstück vom Buffet.
Es bietet schöne Plätze im Inneren und auch außen an der etwas tristen Straße.

Parkplätze stehen für die Hotelgäste im Innenhof und an der Straße zur Verfügung.

Der zentrale Piata Libertatii ist 400 m entfernt, die Prommenade am Fluss Somes ist 200 m entfernt.
Satu Mare hat uns mit einer großzügigen Fußgängerzone überrascht, die beides verbindet
und einen sehr bewohnerfreundlichen urbanen Raum bildet.
Lohnend ist auch die Aussicht über die Stadt vom Feuerwehrturm.

Satu Mare war für uns ein Stopp auf der Heimreise.
Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen und es lohnt sich, hier etwas Zeit einzuplanen.

Das Hugo Hotel ist für einen Aufenthalt in Satu Mare sehr gut geeignet.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
