Bun rebranding, tematica, plaja decenta pentru Mamaia Centru, clubul pentru copii foarte bun, camerele foarte ok.

Pirates resort, un loc în care doresc să revin
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut tema hotelului, de corabie a piraților, cu personaje și decorațiuni bine realizate, cu papagalul Coco, foarte simpatic, mi-a plăcut personalul prietenos și foarte amabil, gradul de confort și curățenia.

Cons:

Am simțit lipsa unui cuier atât în camera, cât și baie, în afara celor pentru prosoape și a unor polițe pentru diverse obiecte de toaletă.

Locația este excelentă, la malul mării. Noi am luat un apartament cu vedere laterală la mare. Chiar e laterală, se vede doar un pic din mare :) Pentru că am ajuns în extrasezon (11-13 septembrie), nu mai erau deschise piscina și restaurantul și nici nu mai erau activități pentru copii, inclusiv locul de joacă era neaccesibil. E un automat de cafea în hol, dar nu funcționează cu cartelă ci doar cu monede sau bacnote de maxim 5 lei. În rest, personalul foarte drăguț, patul și canapeaua nu prea confortabile, dar, per ansamblu, raportul calitate/preț foarte bun.

Totul vechi,paturi vechi,nimic renovat,nimic îmbunătățit.Mancarea prosta,multa mizerie pe aparatele de cafea si apa.Unde se servea masa ,praf,mesele necuratate,mizerie pe jos.

Pros:

Mi-a plăcut ca plaja este aproape de hotel,dar decât cei cu all inclusiv beneficiază de sezlonguri gratuite.

Cons:

Personalul fiind strain nu prea ai cu cine vorbi despre o problemă. La micul dejun nu prea aveai ce alege,putina mâncare, sucurile erau din prafuri cu apă. Noi am avut camera dubla cu mic dejun Fiind la sfârșit de sezon nu am putut avea all inclusiv. Cam vechi hotelul.Ptr cupluri nu recomad acest hotel, este un hotel ptr famili cu copii.

Hey Pirate, will come again!
Pros:

We only had the room, with no meals or other services included - actually free parking was included.
The parking experience was a bit odd: I was instructed to first go get a paper from the reception to get access in the parking. With the one-way street, I had to get to the main street and turn back after ~1 km and 10 mins in traffic.
However, that was the only "not so good" part. The hotel location is great, not too crowded area and very decent tourists around. Plus the several terraces/restaurants and beaches right close to the hotel.
For families with small kids, this hotel is awesome as it offers a lot of activities and a pool permanently watched by staff.
The room was large enough and the bed was very comfortable.
Overall, staff was friendly and well intended.
Not much else to say as we didn't have any meals at the hotel.

Cons:

Parking experience could be better;
They should sell coffee (before 9AM) even if I don't have the breakfast or all-inclusive option. The "auto-coffee-machine" is not to be considered under the coffee description.
It would be useful to have a bar in the lobby to benefit from the very nice design of the reception area.

Cons:

Cat timp am stat, nu s-a facut curat deloc in camera, aceleasi asternuturi de la inceputul sejurului pana la sfarsit. Micul dejun acelasi, de multe ori omleta era nefacuta, efectiv se vedea albusul crud. Din 6 zile cat am stat in 3 a fost scandal cu politie in fata hotelului. Nu se tine cont de liniste pe hol. Am avut pat dublu matrimonial si ni s-au dat 2 paturi lipite, noi avand copil mic, am dormit chinuiti, la mijloc se simtea lemnul patului.
