Locatia-aproape de centru/jacuzzi din camera

Cons:

Camera foarte mica pentru pretul platit.era praf la sosire.era facuta curatenia dar cu ceva timp in urma.

Cu puțin mai multă implicare, și câteva retușuri, ar fi unul dintre cele mai bune hoteluri din oraș
Pros:

Personalul, curățenia, lenjeria și micul dejun.

Cons:

Ventilul de la chiuvetă este defect și a trebuit să mă chinui să-l scot, chiuveta fiind plină… iar cel de la cădița de duș, un model foarte vechi, mic și ruginit, care s-a înfundat imediat și a trebuit să închid apa de mai multe ori, deoarece era piscină. Patul matrimonial cerut, era foare mic… 1.40 m.

Excellent hotel and people !
Pros:

An excellent hotel with a very professional staff . The room was very nice, very clean and a warm ambience. I had an excellent parking place at the entrance of the hotel. I do recommend this hotel !

Dezamăgitor pentru 4 stele…
Pros:

Singurul lucru plăcut a fost amabilitatea doamnei de la recepție, care deși nu văzuse rezervarea de pe booking( nu o înregistrase colega de dimineață), ne a oferit altă cameră și chiar și a mutat mașina personală să putem parca în locul dumneaei ( sunt doar 8 locuri de parcare la hotel).

Cons:

Sunt f multe: in primul rând s a oprit curentul la ora 23. Fiica noastră care era de 3 zile acolo ( venită la un eveniment)ne a spus ca a fost oprit in fiecare seară. Dimineața nu știam cum sa pornim curentul și soțul a mers la recepție, unde era o doamnă f iritată ( nu știm dacă era managera) care a spus sa ne pornim singuri curentul de la buton. Nu am găsit butonul( era f sus tabloul și butonul era ascuns și nu se vedea) și ne am dus din nou la dansa și a zis pe un ton răstit ca ne rezolvă ea, dar ca ea nu poate merge in fiecare camera ca nu ne descurcam. Urat! Micul dejun sărăcăcios, cafeaua nu este în restaurant, ci trebuie să ceri ospătarului și o aduce din spate…domnul ospătar amabil, dar la 4 stele să nu ți poți face o cafea…pernele din camera extrem de tari și prosoapele gri. Curățenie se face, doamnele de la curățenie își fac treaba. Deci managementul este de proasta calitate.

Pros:

The hotel was extremely clean and the towels were thick, soft and fluffy.
Also the staff were very friendly.
It was easy walking distance into the centre.

Cons:

It smelt of smoke.
