Que el resturante no abre lunes y martes y los demás días cierra a las 4 pm. No hay opciones de alimentos muy cerca

L’emplacement est le seul point positif

Cons:

Immonde ! Dégoûtant ! Il y avait des taches de sangs sur les rideaux , les draps étaient sales, les abats jours plein de taches et plusieurs cafard vivant et mort dans notre chambre . Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre plusieurs fois ! Au débuts ils n’ont pas accepté sans frais supplémentaires…. Finalement si … mais vue l’état de la deuxième chambre (tache de sang ou de rouille ) sur les oreillers nous avons préféré partir . L’hôtel a refuser de nous rembourser car nous avions profité de notre journée à la plage et à la piscine avant de constater tout ça . alors que nous n’avons pas dormi dans l’hôtel

Que en la aplicación me ofrecieron un paquete con desalluno incluído y resultó que a la llegada del hotel pregunté y me dijieron que nunca daban reservación con desalluno ni modo chequen bien al Aser su reservación

Me gusto todo, todo..las albercas. La habitación..el hotel tiene elevador a pesar de que solo son 3 pisos y eso me parece fabuloso para personas con movilidad limitada...el personal super amable,.la vista parcial que tiene hacia el mar..hay palmeras y eso limita un poco la vista..pero en la terraza donde esta la alberca se ve super bien lel mar...que no es una zona donde se pueda uno meter por su alto oleajer a menos que seas experimentado... que es una zona muy tranquila y eso te da la oportunidad de descansar muy bien....esta muy cerca de punta zicatela que se pone muy padre por las noches y de playas como manzanillo y puerto angelito que son aptas para meterse a nadar..tuve la oportunidad de quedarme otros 2 dias en punta zicatela y nada que ver 10 /10 este hotel blater...sin duda regresaria nuevamente

Tal vez que el baño tiene una cortina de plastico y si no tienes precaucion toda el agua se sale..deberian de poner una puerta para evitar el escurrimiento

Confortable et bien situé
Pros:

Appartement spacieux avec belle terrasse et belle vue, bien situé avec facilité de se garer devant l'hotel. Tres belle piscine avec vue sur l'ocean. Lits grands et confortables. Des moustiquaires aux fenetres et la clim pour nous rafraichir.

Cons:

Il manque juste une machine a café et quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine mais pour 4 nuits ce n'etait pas tres grave.

La cama estaba bien

Cons:

La habitación no tenía vista al mar como decía la publicación. El balcón tenía una red que te hacía sentir en una jaula de pájaros. No tenía cafetera, ni pava eléctrica, ni una mini heladera. Tampoco desayuno en el hotel. La ducha tardaba un montón en salir caliente, por lo que terminabas bañándote con agua fría porque pensabas que jamás iba a salir caliente.

Very nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Absolutely nothing was missing.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with 2 pools and the beach just in front.

Locked parking garage with direct access to the hotel.

Cons:

The pool on the 4th floor could have longer service hours (like the pool from 9am - 9pm) with the option to have breakfast on the beautiful terrace.

The restaurant closes at 6pm, which is shorting the time to enjoy lunch, dinner or just a snack with the beautiful view.

Just recommendations to make the experience even better :-)
