الموظفين في الاستقبال جميعهم متعاونين وبالاخص صهيب متعاون

Cons:

خدمة تنظيف الغرف يجب تبديل الصابون وكنيس الغرفة ومكائن القهوه والغلاية المياه نظافتها سيئة

Fantastic service and beautiful place!
Pros:

When we checked in - we were served by Hanadi who was outstanding and spoke well too.

There were some building work going on which did ruin my sleep a few times

Good hotel location but outdated bathroom facilities and extremely busy
Pros:

1.Location is spot on, very close to the Prophets mosque.

2.Staff (waiters and cleaners) very helpful and polite and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

3. Buffet breakfast- a good selection but could be better if had more Pakistani dishes

Cons:

1.Toilets and showers are outdated, our toilet flush didn’t work properly and our shower had to be repaired a few times as only hot boiling water was coming no cold water.
2. The room key cards are terrible, we had to have one of the rooms changed 4 times in our 6 day stay because they wouldn’t work and we were locked out of our rooms.
3. WiFi signal is poor and we had to repeatedly keep logging in every single day to access the internet.
4. Due to shops in the hotel the lifts were extremely busy all the time

This hotel is not good to be single star. Forget about five star.
