تجربة سيئة جداً وتعامل غير احترافي بالمرة – لا أنصح به نهائياً

Cons:

قمت بحجز ليلتين، ولكن عند الوصول تفاجأت بإبلاغي بأنه سيتم استقبالي لليلة واحدة فقط، وإجباري على المغادرة في الليلة الثانية بحجة "إجراءات الحج"، دون أي تعويض أو مراعاة لخطة سفري وضيق الوقت!

الأدهى من ذلك أن إجراءات إلغاء الليلة الثانية واسترداد المبلغ كانت في غاية السوء والعشوائية؛ حيث واجهت إدارة الفندق صعوبة بالغة في التعامل مع منصة "بوكينق" والرد عليهم بسبب أعطال لديهم وجهل بالإجراءات، لدرجة أنني كنت أقوم بتوجيههم وتعليمهم الطريقة الصحيحة للرد وإنهاء المعاملة!

تجربة مريرة ومليئة بالمرمطة والتخبط، بدايةً من طردي قبل انتهاء مدة حجزي دون توفير أي بدائل أو تعويضات، وصولاً إلى العقم الإداري في التعامل مع الإلغاء. تجربة لن تتكرر أبداً.
