Pros:

The staff were all pleasant and professional. We requested a room change as we were looking at the car park.

Cons:

It was a shame that we were initially given a room overlooking a car park! We booked a couple of months ago and arrived early afternoon so it would have been more acceptable to have received the other room upon arrival!
